Reporting a problem

Please include:

your phone or computer and system version, and the app version (Settings → About);
the flight controller and firmware (Betaflight, iNav or ArduPilot, and its version);
how it was connected: USB cable, Bluetooth module or Wi-Fi (MAVLink over UDP);
what you did and what happened; a screenshot helps;
for a log that does not open — the log file itself, if you can share it.

A wrong AI answer

Tap 👎 under the answer, choose what is wrong and tap “Send to the developer”: the mail will contain the question, the answer and the model. AI answers can be wrong — always check before changing settings or flying.

Connecting

iPhone has no USB serial: use a Bluetooth LE module on the flight controller (SpeedyBee, HM-10, Nordic UART) or Wi-Fi MAVLink (UDP 14550).
Android: USB cable (OTG), Bluetooth LE or Wi-Fi.
Computers: USB cable or Wi-Fi.
